Morton J. "Chuck" Mills (born December 1, 1928) is a former American football coach. He served as the head coach at Pomona College (1957–1961), Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1962–1963), the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1964), Utah State University (1967–1972), Wake Forest University (1973–1977), Southern Oregon University (1980–1988), and the United States Coast Guard Academy (1997).

Coaching career

Mills was the head college football coach for the Southern Oregon Raiders located in Ashland, Oregon. He held that position for 9 seasons, from 1980 until 1988. His coaching record at Southern Oregon was 44 wins, 47 losses and 1 tie.As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #3 at Southern Oregon in total wins and #7 at the school in winning percentage (.484).[1]
